Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to children in a residential setting
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet each child's unique needs
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Requirements

To succeed in this rewarding role, you must possess:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Child Care
  • At least 12 months' experience working in children's residential care
  • A full UK driving licence
