Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the garden centre, ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient team performance.

- Supervise and motivate staff, ensuring a high level of performance and morale, and contribute to achieving financial targets.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock control, to maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing garden centre.
- Ensure the garden centre is well-maintained, safe for customers and staff, and adheres to company standards.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional activities and events, collaborating with the Garden Centre Manager to implement business strategies and improvements.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail or garden centre environment, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
