The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months' UK experience working closely with individuals with clinical complex needs. We require nurses who possess skills in sensory play therapy, oxygen therapy, seizure management, medication administration, manual handling, and the use of complex care equipment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional care and support to clients with complex needs in their family homes.
  2. Care for children with diverse medical requirements, promoting independence and well-being.
  3. Develop and implement tailored care plans, ensuring seamless coordination with clinical leads.
  4. Safely administer medications, perform procedures, and utilize complex care equipment as required.
