Greenhouse Horticulturist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Greenhouse Horticulturist to join our team in Chertsey, Surrey. As a key member of our horticultural team, you will be responsible for maintaining the ultra-high-end gardens of private property management solution company clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mowing lawns and trimming grass edges to create a manicured appearance
• Maintaining garden borders with pruning, weeding, and mulching
• Tending to turfs and leaves, ensuring they remain healthy and vibrant
• Seasonal bedding to keep the gardens looking their best
• Water course maintenance, including pond weed control and preservation
• Hedge maintenance to ensure a well-manicured appearance

Requirements:

• Previous experience in garden maintenance, preferably in a similar role
• Physically fit to perform manual labour, including operating gardening machinery
• Preferred PA1 Foundation and PA6 Handheld Sprayer courses
• Preferred Chainsaw Maintenance / Crosscutting course
• Gardening qualification is desired, but not essential
• Good plant knowledge and an interest in gardening
• Valid UK Driver's License
