Salary and Benefits:
\The estimated salary for this Assistant Procurement Manager role is £50,000-£65,000 per annum, including a competitive 10% annual bonus potential. The position also comes with 25 days annual leave, rising with years served, as well as a company pension scheme with highly competitive contribution rates.

Job Description:
\This role will be based at our office in London, EC1A 1AA, and you will be required to attend the office two days per week. You will develop and implement effective sourcing strategies and plans for goods and services within the Print and HR Category Team to deliver first-class value for the business and protect it from risk.

About the Role:

- You will support the Senior Procurement Manager and the Procurement Manager in the account management of internal customers in the business areas serviced by the category - aiding understanding of their business drivers and needs in the context of the company strategy.\
- You will contribute to the development and implementation of strategy for the goods and services category to meet internal customers' needs, provide savings, and manage risk.\
- You will work collaboratively with other members of the procurement team to make the most effective use of the resources available across the procurement functions and ensure the maintenance of accurate and complete electronic records.\

About You:
\To truly excel in this role, you will possess, and be able to evidence, the skills and experience listed below:

- A background in a procurement or supply chain related area.\
- Capable of building sourcing strategies and gaining buy-in to their implementation.\
- Experience of program & change management.\
- Studying towards the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (MCIPS) or willing to.\
