Key Responsibilities:
As the Healthcare Equipment Service Manager, your duties will include:
1. Managing the operational performance of maintenance and service obligations across various locations.
2. Effectively communicating issues and escalations in a timely manner.
3. Collaborating with the head of operations regarding budget management for the account.
4. Preparing performance reports.
5. Conducting audits of medical equipment.

Essential Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience with MHRA regulations for managing medical devices.
- Strong contract management capabilities.
- A minimum of 5 years in NHS or private healthcare settings.
- Expertise in at least one medical equipment modality.
