We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Household Buyer to join our team at Superdrug. As a key member of our buying team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing category plans for the Household sector, including range reviews, promotions, pricing, and stock management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement category plans that align with our overall commercial strategy and financial objectives.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and implement marketing promotion plans and strategies that drive sales and profitability.
• Work closely with the Merchandising team to agree on merchandising strategies that drive sales and profitability.
• Identify and implement new product opportunities that meet customer needs and drive sales and profitability.
• Manage and review pricing to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
• Work with the Supply Chain team to ensure base sales and promotional forecasts are met while maintaining in-store availability.
• Develop effective internal and external relationships to support and enhance category objectives and performance.

Requirements:

• Experience in the Household categories is essential.
• Commercially sound with excellent ability to understand and interpret market information.
