Project Overview

Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to partner with Integra Buildings in their search for a skilled Pre-Construction Project Manager. This role is a key part of their continued growth and success in the construction industry.

Job Summary

As a Pre-Construction Project Manager, you will play a vital role in the process of communication between Integra departments and clients, ensuring the successful construction and installation of modular buildings on clients' sites. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Working closely with the business development team to propose solutions for strategic bids on turnkey and high-value projects
* Liaising with clients during the bid stage to identify risks and plan mitigation
* Planning and instigating project handovers to factory build teams
* Developing programmes of work using MS Project

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Traditional or modular construction industry project management experience
* Experience of managing projects at pre-construction either solely or as part of a wider project management position
* Experience of using MS Project
