Job Title: Media Specialist

St Joseph's Specialist Trust is seeking a skilled Media Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in media and relevant experience in leading lessons and one-to-one sessions in Creative Media.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote teaching and learning in media
• Develop and support students using media resources
• Support staff in recording and evidencing student work, including management of photography and media video and music files
• Work with the Head of Creative Arts, Pathway Leaders, and Class Teachers in developing arts-based events and productions
• Provide creative ideas and solutions within the team to support growth and development of teaching and learning within the department
• Provide media support for school meetings when required, including visuals for the half-termly reflection
• Provide weekly social media updates for Instagram, X, and Facebook

Requirements:
• Qualified HLTA or unqualified with relevant experience
• Ability to demonstrate a keen interest in media
• Relevant media skills and qualifications in media
