Job Description
Precision toolmakers play a crucial role in our production process. As a skilled Toolmaker Bench Hand, you will manufacture, assemble, and maintain precision tools, jigs, and fixtures. You will interpret technical drawings and specifications with precision, perform hand-finishing and polishing of components, and collaborate with engineers and machinists to ensure top-tier quality. Troubleshooting and repairing tooling are also key responsibilities to maintain smooth production flow.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you must have proven experience in toolmaking or as a bench hand. Strong understanding of machining techniques and materials is essential, along with a keen eye for detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Excellent teamwork skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset are also required.
