Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the delivery of high-quality food and customer service, ensuring exceptional standards and consistency.
  • Lead and develop culinary and catering teams to deliver outstanding food and customer service, setting clear expectations and goals.
  • Collaborate with line managers to monitor KPIs and set targets, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Represent ESS and promote a positive brand image, fostering strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective communication between customers and our culinary and service teams, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Support and train teams to excel in their roles, improving overall performance and contributing to business success.
  • Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure a safe working environment, adhering to regulatory requirements and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service in a catering or hospitality environment.
  • Minimum two years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on team management and leadership.
  • Basic Food Hygiene certificate required, with ongoing training and development to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate teams effectively.
  • Ambitious and motivated individual looking to upskill and progress in their career.
