We are seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Fee Earner to join our thriving team in Honiton, Devon. As a key member of our department, you will handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing work.

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least two years' experience in residential conveyancing to join our successful team. You will handle a diverse caseload, including sales and purchases of residential properties, re-mortgages, property investments and lettings, new homes, matrimonial transfers, probate sales, shared ownership, Help to Buy schemes, and more.

• Handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing work, including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, property investments and lettings, and other types of residential conveyancing transactions.
• Work closely with colleagues and clients to ensure smooth and efficient transaction progress.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• A recognised qualification in law (solicitor or legal executive).
• At least two years' experience in residential conveyancing.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
