Data Quality Analyst

About the Role
University Hospital Southampton NHS Trust is seeking a skilled Data Quality Analyst to join their team. As a key member of the Data Flows team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the collection, processing, analysis, and reporting of key trust patient activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with colleagues within the Data Flows Team and the Trust to support the collection, processing, analysis, and reporting of key trust patient activity.
- Monitor activity, investigate discrepancies, and provide support and guidance to administration staff to ensure a high quality of Trust data.
- Produce and present insightful information, complete reports in an accurate and concise format, and monitor performance against local and national targets.
Requirements
- Good planning, analytical, administrative, and numerate abilities.
- Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication, articulate.
- Good level of education to Level 4 diploma or equivalent work experience in application training and support.
- Knowledge of customer/patient flows.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Data Protection issues.
- Has adapted, created, and implemented policy and procedures within their team.
- Experience delivering work to timescales and deadlines.
- Expertise and experience in dealing with identifiable data and commercially sensitive data.
- Has provided training support and resources to wider team and product implementation.
