HR Generalist

We are looking for a skilled HR Generalist to join our team in Haywards Heath, West Sussex on a fixed-term contract basis. This role will cover maternity leave for a period of 12-16 months.

• In this role, you will work closely with the People team to provide comprehensive support to colleagues across the group at all levels in relation to Human Resources, Talent/Recruitment, and Learning & Development.
• You will have the responsibility of maintaining IT systems, particularly in using People software such as Workday. Your excellent time management skills will enable you to prioritise tasks effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
• As a representative of the company, you will resolve queries in line with SLAs and in accordance with Group Policies and relevant employment legislation.
• You will be responsible for maintaining HR processes, including managing Inboxes/Ticketing services and associated HR/Talent/Learning procedures to ensure timely responses and relevant information is provided.
• Additionally, you will provide support across the wider People Team, helping to co-coordinate learning agreements/interview processes, responding to queries, and providing support with other ad-hoc HR/learning/talent activities.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR/Talent/Learning roles.
• CIPD Level 3 or equivalent desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications at an advanced level.
• Excellent time management and organisation skills.
• A flexible approach and positive attitude.

The estimated salary for this role is £27,000 per annum.
