Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner to join our team in Cheshire. Our client offers fast access to high-quality healthcare, from consultations and advanced diagnostics to personalised treatments and aftercare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in scrubbing for Consultant led surgeries that vary in complexity and specialism.
- Acknowledge patients' health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload.
- Develop care plans that are appropriate to the patient, taking into consideration the care pathway.
Requirements:
- Elective Orthopaedic scrub experience.
- Experience of a HCPC registered Operating Department Practitioner or an NMC registered Nurse.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work across a multi-disciplinary team.
Benefits:
- Up to £38,000 dependent on experience.
- 35 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays.
