Claims Peer Reviewer Role

We are seeking a skilled Claims Peer Reviewer to join our Audit and Advisory team at Pro Insurance Solutions Ltd.

This exciting opportunity will involve leading and completing claims peer reviews, working closely with clients and the Audit and Advisory team to deliver high-quality audits and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake and lead claims peer reviews, including file reviews, client relationship building, and reporting.
  • Ensure high-quality reports are generated that meet client requirements.
  • Liaise with clients to report concerns, progress updates, and compile work plans.
  • Write reports and appendices, and prepare initial summary assessments of findings for clients.
  • Issue reports and invoices.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to review reports, identify issues, and assess their importance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Meticulous and precise, with good record-keeping skills.
  • Strong computer skills, with good working knowledge of MS Office, intermediate Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience in claims adjusting and report writing.
  • Outcome-focused, self-motivated, confident, and enthusiastic.
  • Diplomatic, cooperative, and collaborative in approach.

About Pro Insurance Solutions Ltd

Pro operates a hybrid working model, with this role predominantly working from home with travel to the Gloucester or London offices as required.
