Income Manager

Ashfield District Council is seeking an experienced professional to join our Housing Management Department as an Income Manager.
Reporting to the Assistant Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading frontline services in income collection/recovery and money management advice. They will also oversee IT/system development, leaseholder queries, and complaints responses.
This role requires a strong leader with experience in the social housing sector, who can drive project management and organizational skills to solve problems. Excellent communication skills are essential, both internally and externally, to provide clear direction to the team and collaborate with other departments/agencies.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering results-oriented services that meet tenant needs. Ashfield District Council is committed to providing safe and good quality homes for its tenants, and this role plays a critical part in achieving that goal.
