About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at the NHS Business Services Authority. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the development of business solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct business analysis to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain business process models and documentation.
  • Conduct impact analysis and benefit analysis to ensure that business solutions meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure that business solutions are aligned with their needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business solutions.
  • Ensure that business solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements
  • Experience in business analysis and business process improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with business process modeling and documentation.
  • Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
