About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team as a Panel Wireperson. As a key member of our workshop, you will be responsible for assembling metal enclosures and wiring electrical components for control systems projects in the snack industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assemble stainless and mild steel enclosures to high quality standards
  • Lay out chassis plates using measuring tape, ruler, drills, taps, and rivets
  • Wire electrical components to specified drawings using stripping and crimping tools
  • Travel within the UK and abroad to assist and oversee projects

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification (City and Guilds)
  • Experience in electrical wiring and panel assembly
  • Ability to work to deadlines and meet industry and customer standards
