About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly individual to join our team as an Optical Colleague. As a key member of our in-store Opticians, you will be responsible for preparing patients for their eye examination and explaining what each stage of the eye test involves.
You will also be responsible for completing pre-screening examinations, booking appointments for customers, and dispensing spectacles and contact lenses. Additionally, you will deal with repairs and adjustments while ensuring stock has been received by the supplier.

About You
We are looking for someone who is naturally friendly, highly organized, and wants to get stuck in. You should have good computer skills, attention to detail, and be able to communicate well with customers. You should also love problem solving and be confident working with numbers.
We will help you to become a star colleague from learning how to dispense glasses and contact lenses, looking after repairs, adjustments and glasses verification to teaching contact lens insertion and removals.
