**Job Summary**

Page Personnel Finance is seeking a skilled IFA Administrator to join our team in Liverpool. As an IFA Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our wealth management firm's operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage the client review service cycle from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
* Coordinate with clients to schedule annual reviews, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order.
* Prepare comprehensive review packs, including valuations and compliance documents, to facilitate informed decision-making.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data within our in-house system, ensuring data integrity and security.
* Attend client meetings with advisers, taking detailed notes and minutes, and preparing file notes for future reference.
* Prepare and dispatch relevant paperwork to clients on behalf of the adviser, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
* Assist with ad-hoc data projects as required, leveraging your analytical skills to drive business growth.

**Requirements**

* Previous experience in an IFA or similar financial services business, with a strong understanding of pensions or investments.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for precision.
* Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to take initiative and drive results.
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with Intelligent Office or similar systems is a plus.
