About the Role:

As a Hearingcare Specialist, you will advise and support customers, providing them with information on our range of hearing solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify customer needs
• Providing expert fittings for hearing aids and other devices
• Delivering dedicated aftercare services to ensure customer satisfaction
• Supporting customers in making informed decisions about their hearing health
• Staying up-to-date with the latest hearing solutions and technologies

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of £32,500 - £42,000, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including access to ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A degree in audiology or a related field
• Professional registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
