Job Title: Estimator Architectural & Structural Metalwork

Job Summary:
Mitchell Maguire is seeking an experienced Estimator Architectural & Structural Metalwork to join our team. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting accurate and detailed tenders within the timeframe provided. You will also be dealing with enquiries from various clients via phone calls and emails, and conducting handover meetings passing secured projects to our production team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Estimating experience within the metalwork market sector, whether structural or architectural
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and industry standards
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• High attention to detail and excellent organisation skills
• Driven, enthusiastic, and comfortable working autonomously

Requirements:
• Must have estimating experience within the metalwork market sector, whether structural or architectural
• Experience dealing with structural steel, balconies, balustrades, staircases, railings, glass systems, decking, and sheet metalwork would be advantageous
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and industry standards
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• High attention to detail and excellent organisation skills
• Driven, enthusiastic, and comfortable working autonomously
