Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support new customer implementations of SaaS solutions, ensuring smooth deployment and client satisfaction.
  • Deliver engaging presentations to clients and stakeholders, clearly explaining technical and functional aspects.
  • Develop strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for product enhancement requests and post-implementation support.
  • Provide expert technical and functional support during the SaaS implementation phase.
  • Organise and lead training sessions to equip users with the necessary knowledge for success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements, while creating detailed documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyse business processes to map out client supply chain requirements and opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Professional Services Manager to integrate solutions into the client's architecture and identify areas for growth.
  • Offer feedback internally on how the SaaS company can continuously improve its services and products for better customer outcomes.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of management consulting experience with a focus on SaaS or cloud-based solutions.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong client relationship and presentation skills.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to drive business innovation.
  • Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for project work.
