We are a leading provider of medical equipment and services, managing over 25% of the UK's acute bed and mattress fleet. Our team works with more than 150 hospitals across the UK and Ireland.

We are seeking a Support Technician/Driver to join our Logistics team in Castle Donington, Derbyshire. This role will involve delivering a timely and effective service to our customers, providing support to the Technical team, and contributing to the success of our business.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and install clean and ready-for-use products to customers
• Collect dirty or failing products from customers
• Clean, test, and repair products, making them ready for use
• Complete and record electrical safety testing on products during tasks
• Maintain inventory of products and spare parts
• Provide demonstration and basic training to caregivers
• Update relevant IT systems

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A full UK driving license, including C1, to drive a large vehicle
• Mechanical or electrical background, although not essential
• Experience in a hospital service environment, desirable
• Ability to work under own initiative, following procedures to achieve deadlines
• Excellent customer service skills
• Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
