Job Description
As a Finance Business Partner, you will lead the provision of cost business partnering for Group Services of People, Risk, Facilities, Finance, Treasury, and Operations, representing £40 million spend annually.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide forward-looking business partnering services to senior managers, challenging them on managing their business to drive value for money.
- Represent shareholders in ensuring money is spent wisely, imparting this passion into colleagues.
- Work with business areas and the procurement team to manage upcoming procurement decisions, delivering value for the business.
- Keep up-to-date with the rest of the cost base managed elsewhere within the team, representing the whole cost base to key stakeholders.
- Lead input into budget and quarterly reforecasting submissions for partnered areas.
Requirements
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
- Experience in cost business partnering at senior management or executive level.
- Excellent communication, leadership, relationship building, and influencing skills at a strategic level.
