A Complex Care Assistant is required to join our team to support a young client with a genetic condition and tracheostomy at school during the day.

  • Manual Handling

As a Complex Care Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the client's safety and well-being, providing support with daily living tasks, and maintaining accurate records of client care and progress.

Working closely with the client's family and healthcare professionals, you will provide seamless care and support to enable the client to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care and support to the client
  • Assisting with daily living tasks such as suctioning and oxygen monitoring
  • Supporting the client's education and socialization
  • Maintaining accurate records of client care and progress

The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients with complex care needs and a strong understanding of manual handling techniques.

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including paid holiday, flexible working schedule, pension scheme, and access to a wellness programme.
