Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager or Director to join our client's healthcare sector team. As a key addition to the firm, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of healthcare sector clients and providing a range of accounting and advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of healthcare sector clients, providing accounting and advisory services
- Work closely with partners and a team of managerial, qualified, and trainee staff to develop and grow the healthcare sector team
- Contribute to the further growth and expansion of the healthcare sector within the firm
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
- ACA, ACCA, and/or CTA qualification
- Experience in a UK large, national firm accountancy practice background or a regional independent firm background
- At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Manager or Director
- Strong technical expertise and business development skills
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
What We Offer
Our client offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £60,000 - £100,000, plus benefits. We are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment that allows our professionals to grow and develop their careers.
