We are Omega Resource Group, a leading provider of specialized staffing solutions, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled Wire Fabrication Professional to join our team in Fairford.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to less experienced colleagues and acting as a 'buddy' to new starters in your team. You will also demonstrate advanced skills in crimping, soldering, measuring materials, and electronic assembly, and be fully competent in using data packs including bill of materials and engineering specifications.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients. We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, pension scheme, and 25 days annual leave.
