About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Education Professional to join our team at Fife Council. In this role, you will be responsible for leading learning within your classroom context, promoting inclusion, diversity, and equality, communicating with other stakeholders, and contributing to wider improvements across the school community.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have high levels of interpersonal skills and abilities, enabling you to work effectively as a member of a team to ensure positive outcomes for all students. You should also demonstrate a commitment to your own professional learning as a practitioner through career-long professional learning activity and be able to show how this has impacted on your practice.
You are required to be fully registered with the General Teaching Council for Scotland (GTCS) and model all behavior expected of a teacher in Scotland in line with the relevant Professional Standards. Additionally, you will need to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £40,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience. As an employee of Fife Council, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including pension schemes, health insurance, and generous annual leave.
