Join Our Team as a Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our residential care team as a Residential Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people.

About the Role

As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing daily care and support to our young people, including assisting with morning and night-time routines, helping with daily tasks, and accompanying them to activities. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and update care plans as necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily care and support to our young people, including assisting with morning and night-time routines
  • Help with daily tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Accompany young people to activities, such as school, sports, and leisure activities
  • Maintain accurate records and update care plans as necessary
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team. You will also need to be resilient and able to manage challenging situations. Experience in residential childcare is not essential, but a willingness to learn and develop your skills is essential.
