Job Overview

This role is responsible for conducting recruitment and development activities to enable and inspire candidates to achieve independence throughout their journey.

The successful candidate will meet and exceed performance targets for individual activity and job outcomes through sustained employment, while complying with legislation, contract, and provider guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed KPIs and performance targets set by the Line Manager.
  • Ensure contract compliance by accurate data entry, completion of contractual and internal documentation, and/or provider guidance.
  • Develop strong interpersonal skills, particularly listening, questioning, and building relationships.
  • Utilise Disability Capability.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a positive and flexible team.
  • Possess creative problem-solving skills and a positive approach to challenging and overcoming limiting beliefs.
  • Foster networking and partnership development opportunities.
