Shift Engineer Opportunity

We are working with a leading global real estate and FM company to recruit a Shift Engineer for their Data Centre facility in Slough. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company with a strong presence in the UK and globally.

The successful candidate will have experience in critical environments or data centres and will be required to work on a continental shift pattern, including days and nights. Overtime opportunities will be available throughout the week and month. It is essential that the candidate holds all necessary qualifications for the role.

Key Qualifications:

  1. HV/LV AP (Ideal but not essential)
  2. Apprenticeship, primary trade qualifications and substantial experience within a building services environment is ideal
  3. C&G 236 Parts 1 and 2/Level 2 & 3 in electrical installation or mechanical equivalent
  4. 18th Edition or 17th Edition Wiring Regulations essential for those who are electrically biased

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Data Centre and will work closely with the maintenance team to identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
