Key Responsibilities- Operate mixing and blending equipment to produce high-quality products.
- Monitor production processes to identify and address any issues or discrepancies.
- Ensure machinery is cleaned and refilled correctly to maintain efficiency and productivity.
- Accurately pick and return raw materials to their designated locations and complete electronic transactions.
- Package and label products correctly for dispatch.
- Store finished goods in designated locations and complete associated electronic records.
- Safely move goods by hand or using industrial powered trucks.
- Maintain a clean and tidy working area, including the removal of rubbish at the end of each shift.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and respectful work environment.
- Be flexible and adaptable to evolving working patterns and take on additional duties as required.
Experience is essential for this role, and a flexible approach to working patterns is required.
