Mixology Expert

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at Luxury Family Hotels Ltd.

This is a permanent role, working 40 hours per week, with an estimated salary of £12,500.00 per annum, plus generous service charge and benefits package.

About the Role:

• Crafting Cocktails: Prepare and present classic and fun cocktails and other beverages to our guests.
• Guest Service: Provide attentive and friendly service, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience.
• Beverage Knowledge: Stay informed about current beverage trends and share knowledge with guests and colleagues.
• Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean, organised, and well-stocked.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the hospitality team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bartender.
• Extensive knowledge of drink mixing and garnishing.
• A positive, welcoming attitude with an engaging friendly personality.
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
• Organisation and good attention to detail.
