Clinical Lead for Practice Growth

You will work alongside the existing management team to help drive the practice forward and contribute to its continued success.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to grow and improve the practice
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
- Lead and manage a team of counsellors to deliver high-quality services
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of £55,000 to £70,000 commensurate with experience
- A generous CPD budget and 5 days CPD pro rata
- 7 weeks holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays
