Electrical Installation Programme Lead

Job Summary:

The Programme Manager for Electrical Installation will oversee the development and delivery of the Electrical Installation curriculum at Dovetail and Slate Limited. This role requires a strong educational background and experience in teaching electrical installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver the Electrical Installation curriculum in line with educational standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with industry partners to enhance program relevance and ensure high-quality education.
  • Manage a team of Lecturers and support staff to ensure effective program delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, implementing improvements as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Hold a minimum of NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations Qualification.
  • Hold a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience of teaching electrical installations (the role will be 50% teaching).
  • A track record of leading a team of academic staff is preferred.
