Job Summary

The post holder will provide project and managerial support within Integrated Medicine Directorate, covering Care of the Elderly, Stroke, and General Medicine services.

Main Duties

  • Responsible for the line management of administrative support staff within designated areas of responsibility.
  • Work with a high level of autonomy and independence, using own initiative.
  • Monitor and report activity, waiting times, and data capture, working closely with partners.
  • Operateally support the Directorate in delivering medical workforce efficiencies.
  • Provide project and managerial support, evaluating project outcomes and providing recommendations.
  • Support the effective delivery of key operational services and targets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Set up systems to collate and monitor activity and waiting list data, ensuring appropriate training and awareness.
