Job Description

At Loughview Leisure, we are seeking an experienced Night Porter to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and are treated with a high level of professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a front-facing customer service environment and possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure. A flexible working pattern and the ability to work across a 7-day week are also essential.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the smooth running of Reception, ensuring that all tasks are completed in accordance with Company procedures. This will include operating all in-house administration procedures, handling cash and reconciliations, and being conversant with all areas of night operation.

As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene, clearing rooms after functions, and resetting the hotel for the next day. You will also be required to deal with guest requests in a polite and timely manner, work with the night team to ensure the hotel is safe and secure, and report any suspicious activity to management.

Key Responsibilities:
