Asbestos Surveyor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Asbestos Surveyor to join our team at Future Select Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting Asbestos Surveys across a diverse portfolio of client sites in the Central Belt of Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Asbestos Surveys in accordance with HSE and industry guidelines.
  • Write thorough technical reports, including schematic drawings, to provide clients with accurate and detailed information.
  • Liaise directly with clients to provide updates and ensure their needs are met.
Requirements:
  • Hold the BOHS P402 qualification (or RSPH equivalent).
  • Have experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor for a UKAS Accredited outfit.
  • Be able to undertake the full range of Asbestos Surveys.
  • Have excellent written ability and experience completing thorough reports.
