About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to work alongside our experienced teaching staff, providing support with lesson delivery, classroom management, and SEN student care. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a real-world setting, working closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the delivery of lessons, ensuring that all activities are well-organized and meet the needs of students* Provide support to teachers with classroom management, including maintaining a focused learning environment and assisting with SEN student care* Develop and implement tailored strategies to support students with their academic and personal growth* Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver lessons, promoting high-quality learning experiences for all students* Liaise with teachers and other support staff to ensure that students receive comprehensive support and guidance throughout their educational journey

Requirements:
* A 2:1 or higher Bachelor's degree from a Russell Group in a school-taught subject* Passion for supporting children's learning and development* Experience in tutoring or teaching (preferable) and previous work with children (highly advantageous)* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with students, teachers, and other support staff* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment
