The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop project strategies, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of civil engineering projects from conception to completion
  • Develop and maintain accurate project budgets and forecasts
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design and construction conflicts
  • Prepare and submit reports to stakeholders, including clients, investors, and management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
