Project Architect Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to join our team at BB Partnership - Chartered Architects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality design solutions across a range of residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement design concepts from concept design to planning approval
  • Lead coordination with external consultants and manage project-related matters
  • Undertake contract administration and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Utilize Revit and AutoCAD to create detailed drawings and supporting information
  • Collaborate with clients and contractors to deliver high-quality design solutions
Requirements:
  • 5 years' post-Part III work experience across all RIBA stages
  • Excellent design skills and knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Planning framework
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D modeling software
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • NBS specification writing experience
