Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and driven Mortgage Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients, helping them navigate the complex world of mortgages and protection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultations: Meet with clients to discuss their mortgage needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Mortgage Application Management: Oversee the entire mortgage application process, ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest mortgage products and protection solutions, advising clients on the best options for their needs.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and objectives to deliver tailored solutions.
- Administrative Tasks: Ensure all relevant documents are completed accurately and efficiently, meeting regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- CeMAP Qualification: Hold a valid CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Target Achievement: Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets and expectations.
- Professional Attitude: Display a professional and flexible attitude, with a passion for mortgages and protection.
- DBS Check: Be subject to a DBS check.
