Sales Performance Manager

We are seeking a talented Sales Performance Manager to join our team at Computerworld Personnel Ltd. As a Sales Performance Manager, you will play a critical role in achieving commercial objectives and driving business growth.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage daily commercial activities, prospecting, and recruiting new customers to meet assigned budget targets within the Automotive sector. You will also be responsible for negotiating performance plans, analysing market and competition data, and supporting sales analysis and 3-month forecast against budget.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, which is above the national average for this position. Our company provides a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have strong sales skills, experience in manufacturing and regulated environments, and an Automotive background desired. You will also need to possess analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
