Job Title: Retail Sales Merchandiser

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Sales Merchandiser to join our dynamic team in Cambridge. As a key member of our Field Sales team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality merchandising services to major supermarkets in your designated area.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with store contacts at Tesco, ASDA, and Morrisons.
  • Utilize technology to ensure optimal availability and record excellent execution in-store.
  • Collect and deliver stock to stores daily to guarantee 100% product availability and compliance with store plans.
  • Take ownership of maintaining accurate store records, including inventory management.
  • Support other brands within the McCormick family as required.
Candidate Profile:
  • Hold a full UK driving license and have the right to work in the UK.
  • Be fluent in English and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Be able to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Have a positive attitude and excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Enjoy working on the road and being part of a wider team.
  • Be confident in using technology and have a strong work ethic.
  • Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or hospitality is an asset.
