About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Waterhall Care Home in Bletchley, Milton Keynes. As a UK Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents, working closely with our experienced team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medication and monitor the care teams on practice, adhering to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct
  • Work closely with other nurses in the nurse team and report into the Deputy Manager
  • Create person-centred care plans and risk assessments, ensuring regular updates and reviews
  • Engage in meaningful activities with residents, promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect
Requirements
  • A valid UK NMC Pin number
  • Understanding and knowledge of regulatory frameworks - NMC and CQC
  • A passion for working with older people
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a caring, kind, and professional nature
