We are looking for a skilled Patient Escort Coordinator to join our team at E-zec Medical Transport Services Ltd. in Bristol.

About the Role

  • This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and organized individual to work as part of our Patient Transport Team, providing safe and efficient transportation services to patients in need.
  • You will be responsible for escorting patients in a 16-seater, wheelchair accessible vehicle within designated operating zones.
  • As a key member of our team, you will contribute to delivering high-quality patient care and transportation services that meet the needs of our patients and communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive our vehicles within the operating zones and in accordance with the standards required in the company's environmental policy.
  • Check the vehicle prior to use in accordance with the daily vehicle checks list, reporting any accident damage, defects, or deficiencies immediately.
  • Replenish stock as necessary.
  • Undertake all training required for the role, including driving and PDA training.

Requirements

  • A full UK driving licence (no more than 6 penalty points)
  • Experience as a driver, preferably with a D Licence, D1 Licence (without 101 restriction), or PSV Licence
  • The ability to work variable shifts between 06:00 and 19:30, Monday to Saturday

  • A competitive salary of £15 per hour (£34,320 per annum based on a 44-hour contract)
