The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Work Experience Coordinator. As a key member of our curriculum teaching professionals, you will play a vital role in supporting learners' development of work readiness skills across various vocational levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a comprehensive work experience/industry placement programme to develop learner ownership of their career plan and support them in achieving their personal aspirations and progressing in their working lives.
- Support learners in securing work experience opportunities with colleagues and employers, ensuring accurate records of learner progress are maintained, recorded, validated, and reported using internal college systems.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective work experience strategies that meet the needs of learners and employers.
Requirements
A general education to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is required, and GCSE Grade 4 or equivalent in English and Maths is essential for this post.
