We are seeking an exceptional Accounts Assistant to join our client's dedicated team in the Tring area.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with clients, manage their financial processes, and contribute to the company's continued growth and success.

As an Accounts Assistant, you'll report to the Commercial Director and Accounts Manager and be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including receiving incoming invoices, submitting them to clients for approval, raising sales invoices, handling purchase and sales ledgers, and dealing with contract checking.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with clients to ensure smooth financial operations and support the Accounts Manager and Commercial Director in finance-related tasks.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Accounts Assistant, with a working knowledge of accounting entries. They should have hands-on expertise in processing invoices and managing purchase/sales ledgers, and be AAT qualified or Qualified by Experience (QBE). Strong MS Office skills, including Excel, are essential, and experience with SAGE is a bonus.

This role offers a competitive salary range of £25,000-£28,000 (dependent on experience), flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for growth and development in your finance career.
